The Data Privacy Sheets describe the processing of personal data through Johnson Controls products and services. The sheets proactively address key data privacy questions such as:

• How is it being processed and stored?
• What is the retention policy?

Our Records Management Program was designed to oversee and instruct the use, maintenance and retention or destruction of data. Johnson Controls prepares its employees to tend secure documents and records through comprehensive Records and Information Management (RIM) training. Whether handling sensitive data for our own company or on the behalf of a customer, the Johnson Controls Records Management Program guides the appropriate management of records wherever they may be around the globe and can be configured to meet appropriate data retention periods.
