Product Overview

Johnson Controls Premier 25-150-ton rooftop units deliver enhanced performance and efficiency with greater flexibility and ease of installation and service to reduce operational and maintenance costs.  We have reimagined the design features of an applied HVAC system into the value of simplicity of a packaged rooftop unit.   Premier commercial rooftops unit exceed the Department of Energy (DOE) 2023 energy efficiency standards. Most available tonnages meet the stringent Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) 2024 Tier ratings.  Standard-efficiency, high-capacity or high-efficiency Tempmaster Omni Premier units include an industry-leading, 1-year parts and either a 6-month or 1-year promotional labor warranty when started by a contractor.
