More than 20 years ago, Camisha Davis began working for Johnson Controls as an Emergency Dispatch Operator. Since then, she has risen to a team leader for the Commercial Account Support Team in Aurora, Colorado, becoming an indispensable ally to customers. With her two decades of experience, she leverages her invaluable customer insight to develop key processes to support her high-performing teams across Building Solutions North America.

“It’s a rewarding part of the job to receive positive feedback from our customers,” Camisha shared. “Recently, I received praise from a customer about our newly-enhanced CAST service offering that helped us to tailor the experience and support our customers. It also helps them to better understand our products and services to suit their business needs. I think it is a great example of how we’re living our company-wide ambition to be ‘the power behind our customers’ mission.’”

In 2019, Camisha led an initiative to further centralize her team’s services and improve overall customer experience by upgrading their monitoring centers’ phone systems. And as her customers’ go-to source for problem-solving and collaboration, Camisha leverages her expertise to positively impact businesses around the country.
