Johnson Controls addressed deferred maintenance and aging building systems at Gervais School District’s elementary, middle and high schools in Gervais, Oregon. Upgrades, including the installation of intelligent LED lighting fixtures, building controls and an updated building envelope, have improved energy an operational efficiency, reduced associated costs and enhanced the environment for student learning and faculty performance.
