The BEEAH breakthrough
BEEAH Group is the region’s leading sustainability and digital expert, renowned for groundbreaking environmental innovations and smart solutions for future-ready cities.
Founded in 2007, and now with 10,000 employees, the BEEAH Group chose Johnson Controls and Microsoft to provide an artificial intelligence-based solution to power personalized recommendations for efficiency, enable friction-free access and security; and to unify building management, and employee service systems.
Empowering people with a workspace that works for them
We’ve all been there. You’re late for a morning meeting and haven’t had a coffee yet. The clock is ticking: but, what if, with one simple interaction, an AI-enabled virtual personal assistant alerts your colleagues, and even orders your coffee?
And when you do finally make it – because the building has prepared for your impending arrival – you can focus your attention where it needs to be: the meeting. You’re welcomed and guided as you make your way along frictionless connected pathways to the meeting room, thanks to advanced facial recognition technology. Entering the room, you get a personalized greeting from the meeting room assistant. You seamlessly connect your laptop and smartphone to the meeting room presentation system and start to feel relaxed. Any pesky issues with the meeting room equipment are resolved using a simple voice command. The room temperature and lighting are just how you like it.
The workspace is so fluid that you can forget the small stuff and focus entirely on your meeting. Tasks are effortlessly assigned throughout the meeting via the OpenBlue Companion app. And then your delicious Gahwa coffee arrives. Perfection.
