We are thrilled to be named an IoT digital platform leader in building operations by independent industry analyst, Verdantix, in its Green Quadrant: IoT Digital Platforms For Building Operations 2024 report.
OpenBlue has been named by independent industry analyst firm Verdantix, as a leader in its Green Quadrant: IoT Digital Platforms For Building Operations 2024 report.
OpenBlue achieved the highest scores relative to leading IoT digital platform vendors in capabilities e.g. breadth and depth of functionality, rating higher than other IoT digital platform providers in automation and core building operations function.
The Verdantix “Green Quadrant: IoT Digital Platforms for Building Operations 2024” report provides property owners, asset managers, and real estate executives with comprehensive insights into IoT digital platforms for buildings. Through its analysis, Verdantix found that OpenBlue provides a robust foundation for supporting advanced building management solutions.
Johnson Controls made its debut in the leader category in the 2019 Green Quadrant IoT Platforms for Smart Buildings and was most recently featured as a leader in the Green Quadrant: Energy Management Software 2023 report.
Key acknowledgements in the 2024 report, note OpenBlue as a leader in:
- Automation: A comprehensive infrastructure and autonomous operations, providing customers with information to make decisions about when and how to engage in corrective and autonomous optimization.
- Core building operations functions: An extensive list of functionalities tailored to core building processes, including event and alarm management, condition monitoring and diagnostics, asset tracking and management, and occupant engagement.
