Focused on older multifamily high rises, the plan adds the electrification of domestic water while overcoming infrastructure barriers. Residents will gain a more reliable water heating system, while the housing authority will reduce energy use and lifecycle costs.
Across 999 units serving 2,300 residents, the project is projected to reduce carbon emissions 76.4% and lower the MMBTU load 85%.
