Marlon Sullivan recognized for leadership in customer and employee experience by Constellation Research

Johnson Controls Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Marlon Sullivan has been named to Constellation Research’s 2025 AX100. The 2025 AX100 class is made up of executive leaders who are using customer-centric strategies, disruptive business models and emerging technologies to help transform customer and employee experiences.

Since joining Johnson Controls in 2021, Marlon has been instrumental in driving all aspects of the Johnson Controls employee experience. This includes enhancing and strengthening talent acquisition and retention, leadership development, total rewards, learning and development and the human resources solutions and services functions. He has also played an instrumental role in the design and implementation of the Johnson Controls enterprise structure to ensure the company has the right leadership and people in place to drive innovation, accelerate growth and deliver to its constituents.
