With over 30 years successful experience through the legacy Tyco and Wormald businesses, Johnson Controls is a global manufacturer of Hydraulic Power Units (HPU), Chemical Methanol Injection skids, Well Head Control Panels (WHCP), TUTU and similar electro/hydraulic/pneumatic equipment. We maintain a global execution and support services team strategically placed throughout the world that add value to regionally diverse Oil and Gas projects.

Johnson Controls design and manufacturer Chemical/Methanol Injection and IRCD systems for the oil and gas market. For large and small systems, we are a favoured integrator for API 674 and API 675 pump packages on a variety of onshore and offshore process services.

Our expertise includes manufacturing of Hydraulic Power units (HPUs), IWOCS, Test and flush rigs and TUTU for Hull side, topsides and subsea production equipment. We also design and build Well Head Control Panels (WHCP), ESD, HIPPS and similar well control equipment. We have standard options and creative bespoke solutions to the unique, size, weight and metallurgy requirements of the equipment design.
