Johnson Controls Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) and External Relations Officer Katie McGinty has been named one of the 2022 Most Influential Women Executives in Corporate America by WomenInc. Magazine. The list honors an elite group of executives setting the standard for high-level leadership and influence in some of the U.S.’s largest corporations.

McGinty is tireless in her efforts to create positive changes within the buildings sector to combat the effects of climate change and make buildings smarter and more efficient.

To determine the final listing, WomenInc. screened more than 500 prospective candidates across various sectors before narrowing the list down to influencers and achievers they believed to have a track record of accomplishments and work that betters the communities they serve and inspires others.
McGinty has been with Johnson Controls for more than three years and earns this recognition for her leadership and passion in the sustainability space. With more than 25 years of public and private sector experience, McGinty is tireless in her efforts to create positive changes within the buildings sector to combat the effects of climate change and make buildings smarter and more efficient.
