Johnson Controls Customer Showcase Program awarded World Class status in four categories

For the seventh consecutive year, Johnson Controls Customer Showcase Program was recognized by the Association of Briefing Program Managers (ABPM) at their 2019 World Class Briefings Awards. The Showcase is a strategic account management tool, which engages customers from high-potential accounts and creates unique experiences to advance conversations and sales.

The awards, presented on April 17 at the ABPM Spring Conference in Washington D.C., were judged based on unique criteria for each category. Johnson Controls won World Class status in four categories:

  • 2019 World Class in Management
  • 2019 World Class in Planning
  • 2019 World Class in Customer Experience
  • 2019 World Class in Measurement

During the ceremony, jurors attributed the success and well-deserved recognition of Johnson Controls Customer Showcase Program to its solid best practices, standards and processes that are communicated to stakeholders through multiple media with a focus on the ‘why’ behind them. Overall, judges believed the program to be vibrant and well-established with a focus on process and structure, all in support of flawless execution and experience.

Earning World Class recognition by ABPM is a testament to the group’s continued commitment in providing our customers with memorable experiences,” said Sherrie Williams, director, account management and customer programs, Johnson Controls. “The dedication each team member puts forth to customer engagement and delivery of service plays a vital role in executing a successful program.”

The ABPM was founded in 1994 and has nearly 600 members from more than 100 Fortune 500 companies around the globe.
